See "After Hours" page for information regarding services outside of normal opening hours.

Billing (Office Hours)

We aim to keep our fees as low as possible, however due to the rapidly escalating costs of providing such a comprehensive service we can no longer bulk-bill all patients. Despite this, our fees remain significantly lower than the AMA recommended charges.

Private patients are asked to pay in full on the day of service but with a maximum of $50 payable on any one occasion. The "gap" payment is around $10 - $25 depending on the complexity of the service. This may be more for complex consultations & procedures.

Veterans affairs patients, pensioners, health care card holders, & children under 16 are currently bulk-billed for in-hours consultations.

We accept cash, cheque, eftpos, bankcard, mastercard, & visa.

Billing (After Hours)

Pensioners                                                            Scheduled fee + $20

Health Care Card Holders                                   Scheduled fee + $30

Non Concession Card Holders                           Scheduled fee + $50

Department of Veteran's Affairs Patients           Currently Bulk-Billed

Payment is expected at the time of service
